US Sales and Partnerships Lead, Digital Diagnostics

Description

You will be accountable for selling PathAI's AISight Dx digital pathology image management system and menu of algorithms to clinical diagnostic laboratories in the US. This role involves driving the end-to-end sales cycle, including customer segmentation, lead generation, contract negotiations, and implementation, while working cross-functionally with Product, Legal/Regulatory, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years selling healthcare SaaS to enterprise customers
  • Experience in business development or strategic partnerships in a health-tech startup preferred
  • Familiarity selling AI solutions into health systems preferred
  • Strong executive presence; ability to engage C-Suite and senior management
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Introduce digital diagnostic product suite and articulate product differentiation
  • Structure and execute deals including outreach, pitch, technical discussions, security, contracting, and implementation
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to generate and follow up on leads via conferences, events, and workshops
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks, develop mitigation plans, and adjust forecasts
  • Serve as voice of the customer to cross-functional teams
