🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor
• Drive personal and team sales through coaching and team selling
• Create lasting customer relationships via clienteling
• Assist with in-store events and community engagement

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders
• Availability for at least 16 hours/week including weekends
