💼 About This Role

You'll join Substack's in-house Support Team to assist creators and subscribers outside U.S. hours as the company expands internationally. You'll resolve support tickets and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve the platform. This remote role requires autonomy and a passion for helping creators succeed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support to creators and subscribers via email and live chat
• Resolve 200-300 tickets per week, including bugs and inquiries
• Create actionable feedback for Engineering and Product teams
• Participate in projects like macros and knowledge base publishing

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Experience with payment processing systems
• Ability to perform data analysis and utilize AI tools
• Experience as a Substack user

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zendesk and/or Stripe
• Proficiency in a second language
• Experience as a creator
