You'll build and manage growth engines across conventional and digital channels for an AI-native video security platform. You'll work side-by-side with engineers to automate lead gen workflows and translate technical AI capabilities into clear value for operational buyers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage growth engine across email, webinars, and events
• Automate lead gen workflows with the engineering team
• Develop GTM playbooks for core industries
• Own full funnel execution from first touchpoint to closed-won

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B growth/demand generation including pipeline ownership
• Experience writing high-converting copy for physical security directors
• Ability to strategically assess marketing channels and see data opportunities
• Experience using LLMs and automation tools to boost productivity
