You'll step beyond the service desk into a broader systems role, supporting a growing global healthcare company. You'll manage core IT systems while providing hands-on user support. This role offers real ownership and a path toward a Regional IT Lead position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
• Manage users and access in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Administer Windows Server and Azure cloud systems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals

• JAMF exposure
