You'll lead a team building ML training systems on an HPC cluster, powering Deepgram's data flywheel for fundamental product quality. You'll partner with Research and DataOps to drive high-impact projects from start to finish.

• Recruit, hire, train, and support top engineering talent
• Transform cross-functional visions into detailed project plans
• Define and own technical strategy for ML training pipelines
• Promote robust engineering culture and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and leading a team with a record of mentoring
• Strong technical background building world-class solutions
• Ability to drive technical decisions in a scalable manner
• Strong practical experience with software architecture and implementation
