🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve internal IT support tickets for hardware, software, and accounts.
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle for employee devices.
• Support user account and access permission management.
• Maintain and document IT infrastructure and compliance processes.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Computer Science or related field.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
