• Drive agile delivery with sprint and capacity planning.
• Apply product thinking by gathering requirements from data teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering/infrastructure with 2+ years leading teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS data services (S3, EMR/Glue), Airflow, Kafka/MSK.
• Proven agile delivery skills including capacity planning and sprint execution.
• Track record of operational excellence: on-call management and achieving SLAs.
