💼 About This Role
You'll join a fast-paced team providing litigation technology support for government clients. You'll monitor legal and technology changes to improve FBI Discovery policies and procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge eDiscovery solutions for federal cases.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation.
- Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
- Advise on preserving and producing ESI in litigation.
- Update standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
📋 Requirements
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
- 3 years of progressive responsible experience on major lit support projects.
- 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
✨ Nice to Have
- Active U.S. Government security clearance.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.
- Experience across all EDRM phases.
