Description

You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry, and provide emergency on-call service. Your work ensures a great living experience for residents at Retreat at Peachtree City Apartments.

Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
• Read, write, speak English

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Provide after-hours emergency service as on-call technician
• Maintain property grounds and buildings
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Work standard hours including evenings and weekends
