💼 About This Role

You'll manage and deliver full clinical site monitoring services for complex, multinational projects. As a lead CRA, you'll act as the primary liaison between CRAs and the project team, overseeing site recruitment and regulatory filings. This remote-based role offers the chance to work with a global team on innovative clinical trials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as subject matter expert and mentor for CRAs
• Perform co-monitoring and training visits with CRAs
• Manage monitoring services as Lead CRA for projects
• Identify and recruit site investigators

📋 Requirements

• College diploma/degree and 4-6 years of clinical monitoring experience
• Ability to regularly travel to sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
