You'll provide special education instruction and support for underserved black and brown students at BRICK Buffalo Academy. Your core impact is accelerating student learning and social-emotional development through data-driven instruction and a culturally competent approach. You'll collaborate with a passionate team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create a positive, safe classroom environment for students
• Execute unit and lesson plans with accommodations and modifications
• Use student data to inform and adjust instruction
• Collaborate with coaches and peers to share best practices

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid teaching license or active pathway to acquire one
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Prior experience working with children
