You'll transition from hotel industry roles into a high-growth SaaS sales role at SiteMinder, the world's leading open hotel commerce platform. You'll leverage your hospitality expertise to help hotel owners improve performance and profitability through technology solutions. This role offers a comprehensive onboarding program with dedicated support.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Acquire new clients and upsell current customers through the full sales cycle
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets
  • Prepare quotes and develop proposals; negotiate contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide client feedback to product team

📋 Requirements

  • Current or recent experience in the hotel industry (revenue, sales, or commercial roles)
  • Strong understanding of hotel business models and operational workflows
  • Fluent in German (min. C2)
  • Professional proficiency in English
