💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, creating the best customer experience at Hot Topic. You'll share fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store to keep fellow fans coming back. You'll work the register and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• Customer service and selling skills
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
