Description

Lead a high-performing team of Clinical Breast Oncology Specialists to accelerate adoption of Signatera (molecular residual disease test) across the East US region. You will shape regional strategy, build KOL relationships, and drive commercial excellence in breast oncology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing (advanced degree preferred)
• 8+ years clinical sales experience, 5+ years sales management in oncology diagnostics
• Deep expertise in breast oncology with relationships across health systems and academic institutions
• Proven ability to navigate complex clinical environments and understand breast cancer landscape (MRD, IHC, genomic testing)
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the East region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team of Clinical Oncology Specialists to exceed sales goals
• Develop and execute regional business plans for product adoption and revenue growth
• Engage and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in breast oncology
• Build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and integrated health systems
• Manage regional budgets and resources effectively
