You'll partner with Sales leadership to drive performance and operational effectiveness for North America teams. You'll own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to improve scalability and revenue outcomes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to optimize core sales processes.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to translate business goals into operational plans.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management, leading reviews to improve accuracy.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive operating cadence including pipeline calls and QBRs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or business analytics.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise including dashboards and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel with pivot tables and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leaders and influence decisions.

  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline management tools.
  • Experience building scalable reporting solutions.
