Description

You will shape and drive program execution discipline across IT, cybersecurity, and DoD-aligned technology initiatives. You'll design scalable Agile ways of working, establish project governance, and lead end-to-end delivery of secure IT and cybersecurity programs for the Department of Defense.

Requirements

• Deep experience leading IT and cybersecurity project/program teams in secure government environments
• Strategic mindset suited for a fast-moving startup working with the DoD
• Experience with Disciplined Agile or similar adaptive methodologies
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards (NIST 800-171, CMMC) and ITAR/EAR regulations
• Ability to build scalable governance, reporting, and project controls

Responsibilities

• Establish project and program management framework using Disciplined Agile methodology
• Partner with leadership to align IT/cybersecurity projects with strategic objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in team throughput and delivery processes
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity initiatives for DoD programs
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (NIST 800-171/CMMC) and export control regulations
