💼 About This Role

You'll install, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems for clients, ensuring optimal performance. You'll provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services to minimize downtime. This role focuses on customer-facing technical support in a dynamic field environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and configure AV systems including displays and control systems
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs of AV equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and system updates
• Document service activities and system configurations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of field service experience with AV systems
• Proficiency with control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)
• Knowledge of audio and video signal flow and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

✨ Nice to Have

• CTS certification
• Experience with conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms)
• Familiarity with Dante audio networking
