Description

You will lead the origination and execution of complex real estate transactions across APAC, driving rapid expansion through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and infrastructure-led solutions. You'll collaborate with leadership and external partners to secure new sites, regulatory approvals, and incentives while mentoring team members and shaping growth strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading negotiations or business development in real estate/infrastructure
• Experience in hyperscale environment preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Knowledge of APAC markets and regulatory trends

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute real estate transactions including acquisitions and joint ventures
• Lead negotiations with developers, government and institutional partners
• Design medium and long-term growth options balancing speed and scalability
• Direct due diligence and feasibility assessments
• Develop business cases and support investment approval processes
