You'll join the Models team at H, a startup pushing boundaries in agentic AI. You will develop and train advanced LLMs and VLMs using techniques like reinforcement learning, translating cutting-edge research into practical solutions for superintelligent agent systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and train advanced LLMs and VLMs with multimodal architectures
• Research and implement training methods for instruction following and tool use
• Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale distributed training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into agentic AI

📋 Requirements

• Strong programming in Python and Git
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Experience with large-scale distributed training of LLMs and VLMs
• Hands-on LLM training and reinforcement learning experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, ICCV)
• Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in ML, DL, NLP, or CV
• Industry experience in LLM training with RL
