💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an Education Specialist supporting students with disabilities in a general education setting. You'll develop, implement, and supervise Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families. This role is at High Tech High, a network of charter schools guided by equity and personalization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs in general education settings.
• Support general education teachers with IEP goals, planning, and implementation strategies.
• Identify and support students' social, emotional, and behavioral learning needs.
• Facilitate student-led conferences and presentations of learning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid California Education Specialist Teaching Credential or out-of-state equivalent.
• Basic Skills (CBEST) required.
• 1+ year working with students as a Teacher, Intern, or Academic Coach preferred.
