💼 About This Role

You'll ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards through inspections and data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality assurance protocols. Your work will directly improve product reliability across the lifecycle in a regulated aerospace/defense environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, and supplier quality.
• Develop and track key performance indicators for product quality.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support incoming inspection and MRB activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing complex hardware/software.
• 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical devices.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 regulated environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Lead auditor experience for AS9100 or similar QMS standard.
• Experience with Integrated Dewar Cooler Assemblies or Infrared Cameras.
