Description

You will support the recruiting lifecycle by driving tooling projects, performing system administration in Greenhouse, and ensuring operational health. Your work will empower Talent Acquisition to operate at peak efficiency while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, complex operational tasks.
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage independent workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with a major ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever), including running reports and data entry.
• Exceptional accuracy in handling sensitive data and maintaining data integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain operational procedures to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive tooling projects independently and support senior team members on large-scale recruitment transformations.
• Perform daily system administration in Greenhouse and TA tool stack, monitoring data quality and system health.
• Provide ad hoc operational support including onsite interview coordination for premium candidate experience.
• Serve as first point of contact for policy inquiries, ensuring adherence to global governance, GDPR, and EEO standards.
• Assist in documenting and rolling out updates to recruiting workflows and distribute routine metrics and compliance audits.
