💼 About This Role

You'll bridge raw data and business value by designing trusted data models that power decisions across clinical outcomes and P&L. You'll partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to architect a self-service data environment, codifying business logic into clean, documented datasets. This role applies software engineering principles like automated testing and CI/CD to ensure robust, scalable pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable data models in dbt and Snowflake capturing healthcare ontological relationships.
• Implement automated testing (data freshness, schema validation) for data reliability.
• Partner with Product to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Manage pull requests and conduct code reviews in a Git-based workflow.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years delivering analytics across the full data pipeline (ingestion to reporting).
• Advanced SQL proficiency with window functions and performance optimization.
• Experience with dbt and cloud warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Proven ability to design data schemas that maximize dataset utility.
