You'll architect and build scalable backend systems for LemFi's global expansion, integrating payout partners and launching new currency corridors. Your work directly enables instant, affordable money movement across 30+ countries, processing over $1B monthly. You'll own the full lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring reliable financial infrastructure that connects immigrants to their families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship scalable, cloud-native backend features
• Take end-to-end ownership from technical design to on-call
• Uphold reliability through automated testing and monitoring
• Partner with cross-functional teams for compliant financial products

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building backend systems in Java
• Strong command of PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience with async workflows ( Kafka, co-routines) and DDD
• Proficiency with Docker, observability stacks, and REST principles

• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions
• Computer Science degree
