💼 About This Role

You'll join a crew to install 10kW to 1MW solar systems on commercial projects. You'll contribute to energy empowerment for homeowners while traveling 90% of the year. This role is based out of Austin, TX but requires constant travel.

• Execute quality workmanship safely and on time
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial solar installation experience
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, and haul 50+ lbs
• Capable of working in hot climates
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR

✨ Nice to Have

• Electrical coding strongly desired
• Introduction to commercial solar mechanical and electrical principles
