You'll join the Service Operations team, managing complex service issues and live trip operations for CharterUP's AI-native group transportation platform. You'll be the primary point of contact during active trips, coordinating solutions to operational disruptions in a fast-paced environment. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Independently resolve a wide range of customer issues.
- Monitor active trips and address disruptions.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams during live trips.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years of customer service or operations experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience handling escalated customer situations with professionalism.
