You'll join the Service Operations team, managing complex service issues and live trip operations for CharterUP's AI-native group transportation platform. You'll be the primary point of contact during active trips, coordinating solutions to operational disruptions in a fast-paced environment.   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Independently resolve a wide range of customer issues.
  • Monitor active trips and address disruptions.
  • Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams during live trips.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of customer service or operations experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience handling escalated customer situations with professionalism.
