💼 About This Role

You'll own the full economic performance, compliance posture, and scalability of InDebted's collections operations in the UAE. This is a builder-operator role focused on turning delinquency into predictable cash outcomes through data-driven decisioning and strict compliance in a regulated market. You'll design and run the UAE collections engine end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full economic performance of UAE collections portfolios including recoveries and cost-to-collect
• Design and implement collections strategies using data, segmentation, and performance feedback loops
• Build and lead collections staff with clear KPIs and productivity benchmarks
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE collections regulations and client-specific policies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in collections, credit, or financial operations with ownership of performance outcomes
• Analytical background (FP&A, BI, risk, analytics) with ability to design KPIs and decision frameworks
• Proven ability to improve recovery performance while reducing cost-to-collect through automation and segmentation
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments (banks, fintechs, BNPLs, telcos)
