Description

You will own the curation of our BI tool Omni, ensuring data accuracy and usability across the organization. You'll design certification programs and workflows, optimize AI features, and build educational resources to empower data-driven decisions. This role bridges technical and business teams to maintain high-quality metadata and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Enablement
• Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools with semantic layer (e.g., Omni, Looker)
• Comfort experimenting with AI for routine task automation and optimizing AI performance through metadata
• Strong track record of partnering with technical and business teams, documenting definitions, and enforcing data standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of leading strategic projects with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

• Curate and audit user-created content in Omni BI tool, identify rogue calculations, and promote official dashboards
• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to enrich semantic layer for accurate AI-driven natural language querying
• Implement AI workflows to automate documentation, audit content usage, and triage support requests
• Spearhead Data Community efforts including office hours, newsletters, and Slack support
• Build and scale educational resources: tutorials, workshops, and self-paced learning paths
