You'll own the performance and reliability of robotic assembly systems deployed at a major customer site. You'll use live data and diagnostic tools to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This role serves as the primary technical interface between the customer and remote experts.

  • Manage multiple robotic assembly systems for a major tech customer.
  • Interact with customer and manufacturing partner on system performance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software anomalies using live data.
  • Maintain status reports and educate customers on device operation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience in an automation and robotics environment.
  • Associate's Degree (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
  • Automation, robotics, and PLC experience.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • FANUC IR and DCS knowledge.
  • Beckhoff PLC experience.
  • Experience with Vision systems (MATROX or COGNEX).
