Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with Ellucian Colleague (functional and/or technical)
• 5+ years working in higher education
• Previous consulting or contractor experience
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide functional or technical expertise for Ellucian Colleague projects
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
