You'll own the proposal process end-to-end, coordinating SMEs for a higher education technology consulting firm. You'll craft sharp, human responses that translate technical ideas into plain language while using AI tools to improve content. This role touches every corner of our work, from monitoring RFP portals to polishing client presentations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor RFP and bid portals for fitting opportunities.
• Organize submission details in Salesforce for team coordination.
• Run kickoff meetings and outline responsibilities for each RFP.
• Craft clear, compelling proposal responses that align with strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Professional Services with client-facing experience.
• Experience in higher education or supporting colleges/universities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for proposal development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IT service delivery.
• Familiarity with higher ed ERP systems.
• APMP or Shipley certification.
