Description

You will fabricate, test, and integrate avionics wiring harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies for space flight hardware, directly supporting the delivery of reliable re-entry vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cable harness assembly or electrical assembly in aerospace
• Professional experience in debugging and conducting basic electrical tests

Responsibilities

• Fabricate harnesses from engineering drawings and work instructions including routing, cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and installing connectors
• Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and other electrical checks to ensure quality
• Install and route harnesses into avionics enclosures, racks, and vehicle structures
• Document build and test results, record non-conformances, and assist with troubleshooting and rework
• Provide feedback on drawings or process issues identified during fabrication
