You'll support CRM business process analysis and documentation for a Salesforce implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and define requirements. This role offers exposure to agile ceremonies and functional testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes aligned to CRM.
• Elaborate functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support functional testing (QA/UAT) and user validation.
• Manage tasks in Jira and participate in agile ceremonies.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional CRM Support.
• Experience working with CRM (ideally Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge.
• Salesforce certification.
• Experience in automotive or commercial sector.
