💼 About This Role

You'll support and manage network security technologies including SSE and NextGen Firewalls. You'll lead troubleshooting and incident response across the enterprise. Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance security posture and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage level 3 tickets for network security technologies
• Create documentation and train lower-level teams
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with OEM vendors
• Lead firewall policy cleanup and compliance automation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years deploying Cisco firewalls
• Experience with Cisco IPS, ACS, ISE
• Hands-on knowledge of network protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
• Proficiency in packet capture analysis (Wireshark)

✨ Nice to Have

• CCSP certification or higher
• Experience with site-to-site and remote access VPNs
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
