You'll design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion and retention for a digital education platform serving over one million users. Your insights will directly shape acquisition, activation, and retention in a high-velocity experimentation culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across the customer journey.
• Manage experimentation roadmap based on business impact and learning potential.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts to deliver testing initiatives.
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion, acquisition, and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or related roles.
• Proven success designing experiments that improved conversion rates or revenue.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Convert and UX tools like Hotjar.

• German language skills for DACH market understanding.
• Experience in growth marketing or subscription-based products.
