Description

You'll consult businesses signed up to the Connecteam platform, manage the full sales cycle from warm leads to closing, and act as the link between product, market, and departments. This role requires in-office work 3 days a week at a partner's office in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Account Executive experience in SaaS
• Strong record of quota attainment
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Self-learner with strong time management
• Experience with CRM and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle and manage account pipeline
• Consult businesses to convert them to paying customers
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Gather client feedback to influence product development
• Collaborate with strategic partner's team to drive sales
