🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers and owners.
• Prescreen and qualify transactions for underwriting.
• Structure transactions and prepare underwriting presentations.
• Collaborate with capital sources to secure favorable terms.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of capital markets experience.
• Ability to transfer key relationships to the company.
• Experience with brokerage, investment bank, or principal.
