You will coordinate job flow and creative processes across agency franchises, manage junior project management team members, and ensure adherence to agency procedures. You'll handle regulatory submissions, support new business projects, and maintain organized timelines and communications to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years project coordination advertising experience
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Positive/helpful attitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job flow/creative process within the Agency
• Manage junior project management team members
• Handle aspects of preparing for regulatory submissions
• Support Director of Project Management with new business projects and department initiatives
• Train, monitor, evaluate and supervise workload of the department
• Develop and distribute daily and nightly internal status reports
• Coordinate and run weekly status meetings
• Attend client status meetings/select client calls
• Monitor jobs and alert team to possible delays/issues
• Uphold company values in all decisions and interactions
