Description

You will architect and deliver the new hire experience for SDRs and Sales Reps, from Day 1 through full productivity. This role blends instructional design, live facilitation, and data-driven coaching to equip reps with platform knowledge and sales tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role
  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to lead engaging Bootcamp-style sessions
  • Analytical mindset comfortable using data to prove training effectiveness
  • Proficiency with modern enablement tech (LMS, AI coaching platforms, CRM)
  • Ability to partner with Sales leadership and manage stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive Sales New Hire onboarding experience including Bootcamp live sessions and hands-on platform practice
  • Build and operate a structured 30-60-90 certification program with measurable proficiency standards
  • Own the long-term enablement roadmap to prepare team for new products, segments, and markets
  • Develop sales dashboards and reports to track new hire performance and identify trends
  • Drive tool adoption by providing training and support on sales tech stack
