  • Lead and develop a team of 6+ Partner Sales Managers
  • Own partner segmentation and prioritize regional partners
  • Deliver partner-sourced pipeline and ARR targets
  • Conduct regular partner business reviews and drive revenue commitments

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-8 years of end-to-end sales experience in SaaS
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing channel or alliance sales teams
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets as both IC and manager
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Experience with regional or global system integrators
  • Strong AI literacy and use of modern AI tools
