You'll lead and scale a DACH partner sales team, driving indirect revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your core impact will be owning partner segmentation and hitting ARR targets. This stands out as a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced SaaS environment with significant influence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 6+ Partner Sales Managers
- Own partner segmentation and prioritize regional partners
- Deliver partner-sourced pipeline and ARR targets
- Conduct regular partner business reviews and drive revenue commitments
๐ Requirements
- 6-8 years of end-to-end sales experience in SaaS
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing channel or alliance sales teams
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets as both IC and manager
- Fluent in German and English

- Experience with regional or global system integrators
- Strong AI literacy and use of modern AI tools
