You'll administer medical, dental, vision, retirement, and supplemental benefits across 15+ vendors. You'll manage leave of absence and accommodations globally, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience. You'll also support Workday benefits configurations and payroll reconciliations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer medical, dental, vision, retirement, and supplemental benefits across 15+ vendors.
• Manage U.S. and international new hire enrollments and compliance requirements.
• Manage end-to-end leave administration globally (FMLA, parental, state-specific, international).
• Maintain and troubleshoot Workday benefits configurations.
• Provide employees with high-quality support on benefits and leave inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Experience managing complex leave programs (multi-state and/or international)
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance (FMLA, ERISA, ACA)
• Experience with Workday
