You'll help define data science's operating model and develop models that influence key business decisions. You'll partner across GTM, Product, and Finance to embed models into real workflows. This is a foundational role in a growing, high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define repeatable DS operating model and delivery standards
• Develop and deploy models for adoption, lead scoring, and impact measurement
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Finance to embed models into workflows
• Provide technical leadership and raise the bar for data science

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or applied machine learning
• Proven track record shipping models into production workflows
• Python proficiency for data science and strong SQL
• Experience with production data systems and data engineering collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing experiments or measuring product impact
• Background in GTM analytics or customer intelligence
