You'll support and optimize HR workflows to ensure smooth operations across the employee lifecycle. Your work will strengthen the operational backbone of the People team, enabling scalability and a reliable experience for employees and managers globally. You will own systems administration, manage employee requests, and drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
• Respond to employee queries via Jira or shared inboxes
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems
• Propose and implement process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in People Operations or HR Administration
• Knowledge of employment laws in Greece, France, or Germany
• Experience with HR systems (BambooHR or Culture Amp preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
