💼 About This Role

You'll lead offtake strategy execution for AMP's AI-powered recycling infrastructure. Your work will transform transaction-based sales into strategic value creation across recyclables, residuals, and organics. This role combines immediate commercial responsibility with forward-looking market development to scale next-generation recovery pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute offtake strategy for recyclables, residuals, and organics
• Manage facility-level offtake sales, pricing, and customer relationships
• Collaborate with Product team to commercialize new end markets
• Mentor and scale team responsible for offtake execution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recycling, renewable fuels, or organics processing
• Experience in offtake sales and contract negotiation
• Proven track record in market development and partnership building
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and finance teams

• Experience with carbon credit programs
• Knowledge of advanced recovery technologies (pyrolysis, methanolysis, AD)
