You'll drive the creative vision for short-form social content across the Vox Media podcast slate. You'll align workflows, build the content calendar, and oversee performance metrics to ensure each show's social output meets its audience within network strategy. This role offers the chance to define creative standards for multiple popular shows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the video/motion production team for social-first clips and assets.
• Build a content calendar aligned with episode launches and trending topics.
• Define creative standards and aesthetic direction for each show's social assets.
• Establish and refine production workflows for fast turnaround with high quality.
• Oversee performance metrics and provide strategic insights for improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating social-first video content for media brands.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring producers/editors in digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of platform norms and performance best practices for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
