You'll work on small teams to build scalable applications for our government, designing and delivering services that millions of Americans depend on. You'll focus on Ruby on Rails to modernize a legacy enterprise platform, improving public-facing processes and access to programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, review, and build well-crafted software with fellow engineers
• Collaborate with government partners to architect and deploy new systems
• Ship new features iteratively to meet user needs
• Create tools to automate development, testing, and production workflows
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support

📋 Requirements

• Ruby on Rails and JavaScript
• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Experience with large-scale web applications
• Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision

• Experience with code quality tools such as Linter
• Experience with system design for high-usage systems
