Description

You will build and lead a high-impact team of Oncology Specialists driving sales for BillionToOne's Northstar Liquid Biopsy products in the Northeast region, directly engaging with oncologists and cancer care community. This remote role reports to the SVP of Sales and involves shaping market strategy and product evolution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years field sales management in molecular diagnostics/liquid biopsy selling directly to oncologists
  • Experience hiring, developing, and motivating sales reps to exceed goals
  • Proven sales track record with President's Club or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation, closing, data analysis, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market growth
  • Build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies
  • Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop staff
  • Develop customized pitches to oncologists and cancer care community
