Description

You will serve as the business operations lead interface between internal PDM functions and Contract Research Development Manufacturing Organizations (CRDMOs) for clinical packaging, distribution, and comparator sourcing, managing RFPs, negotiations, and supplier performance to ensure cost, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical strategic sourcing and/or clinical supply chain.
• Experience with domestic and international CRDMOs.
• Working knowledge of clinical packaging, distribution, regulatory, QA, and cGMP.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRDMO requests for proposals, review, negotiation, governance approval, legal review, purchase orders, and invoice approval.
• Lead preparation and execution of CRDMO business reviews with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support contract negotiations with SMEs, Finance, and Legal to secure best terms.
• Support development and implementation of outsourcing strategies for PDM.
• Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities.
