You'll lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to meet production and quality goals. You'll manage vehicle movement, train associates, and oversee repairs to ensure highest-quality vehicles. This role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of inspection center for repairs
• Oversee day-to-day activities and provide coaching to team members
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
